How do I set up and use the diffuser?

Simply remove the cap, insert the reeds into the bottle, and let them absorb the scent. The fragrance will begin to diffuse within a few hours. Flip the reeds once every 1–2 weeks to maintain scent strength. For a lighter aroma, use fewer reeds.

How long does the diffuser last?

Our diffusers are designed to provide a consistent, calming scent for up to 12 months. Longevity may vary slightly depending on room temperature, air circulation, and how often you flip the reeds. For optimal results, keep it out of direct sunlight and flip the reeds every 1–2 weeks to refresh the fragrance.

Is it safe for pets or kids?

Yes! While our ingredients are natural and eco-friendly, we still recommend keeping diffusers out of reach of pets and children.

Do we offer refills?

At this time, we do not offer refills. While we are focused on sustainability, we do not have refill options available yet. Stay tuned for future updates as we continue to grow!
